We are proud to offer an extensive breakfast menu with particular emphasis on the buffet selection of fresh fruits, cereals, granola, nuts, dried fruits, yoghurts, squeezed juices and a selection of cheeses and cooked meats. All cooked options are prepared to order and include porridge served with demarara sugar and a jug of cream, smoked salmon with scrambled free range eggs and of course the traditional Teesdale breakfast of your choice including sausages, black treacle cured bacon and black pudding from the local butcher.
Core breakfast time is between 8.00am and 9.00am although we are very happy to provide an earlier breakfast from 7.00am or a later breakfast until 10am if you let us know the night before.
Dinner at Brunswick House comprises a two/three course table d'hote menu which changes daily. All dishes are freshly prepared by ourselves using wherever possible locally sourced ingredients. A typical menu would be as follows.

Dinner is served at 7.30pm. As dishes are freshly prepared advance reservations are always recommended. We will ask you to choose from the menu on arrival or after breakfast for those guests staying several nights. Vegetarian or other dietary requirements can be catered for with a little prior notice please. Price for a three course meal plus coffee is £24 or for two courses plus coffee £20.
