- Homemade chiken liver páte with granary toast
- Melon boat filled with fresh fruits
- Ham and Cotherstone cheese tartlet

- Chicken Marengo (breast of chicken sauteed and cooked with port wine, tomatoes, mushrooms and brandy)
- Fillet of local trout with almonds
